In this project I was hired as an instructional designer to develop 7 videos that teach how to clean and repair audio. Cleaning and repairing audio is an essential skill in the digital audio production degree. The client is South Plains College in Levelland, TX. The students are between 18 and 21 years of age. They offer an online associate's degree in digital audio production. The degree requires students to use Adobe Audition but very few learners know how to use the software when they enter the program. 
The client has offered me $150 per 30 second video and then an extra 200 to make a single production containing all seven tutorials with smooth transitions among and between the videos. Consider that each video should take no more than 2 hours to produce if I wanted to make at least $75/hr. $1250 is the total amount the client is willing to pay for the work. The videos will eventually be hosted within the college's learning management system and embedded inline among the text and other instructional content. The client has requested that I use screencasting software to develop the tutorials.
